We learn languages for some reason such as education, employment or citizenship. For these we need certification, stipulated by the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), to measure the language proficiency levels.
There are six different levels and five internationally (CEFR) recognized language certifications.
Basic Course:
Basic course is suitable for a complete beginner.
